Comprehensive e-mail support - We provide an SMTP and POP3 mail account as standard with all our hosting accounts, but if you need extra email facilities, these can be purchased separately. Our mail servers run anti-spam and antivirus software as standard, plus you can use our web mail facility to access your email from anywhere.

POP3 accounts - we can set up as many POP3 personal email accounts as you need. You can access these directly using your normal mail client such as Outlook. If you need incoming mail to be forwarded to an existing account or copied to an assistant, just let us know.

SMTP Forwarding - If you host a web site with us, you'll want to handle mail from this domain. With SMTP forwarding, you just use our mail servers to forward any incoming mail to the mail box of your choice. We can provide you with a global catch-all account that simply forwards all mail to you, or we can pre-filter your mail and deliver only to named users; the choice is yours.

Web mail - with us, you can access your personal POP3 mail box from anywhere in the world using our web mail facility. It's easy to use and the web mail facility comes standard with your account.

Spam filtering - it's an unfortunate fact that according to some sources up to 90% of all email is now unwanted spam. We run comprehensive anti-spam software on our mail servers to ensure as far as possible, you don't have to deal with it. Anti-spam is a standard feature of all our mail services.

Domain Mail Boxes - domain mail boxes collect all mail for a domain into a single account. You can access this account via web mail, or have it delivered to your mail client such as Microsoft Outlook. More commonly, customers using our domain mail services have their own mail server, which collects all mail via a frequent POP3 or SMTP connection and then distributes it to your individual mail accounts. We recommend Microsoft Exchange or VPOP as suitable mail servers.
